The Walter Burke Institute sits on the south side of the Caltech campus alongside the California Blvd. High-energy physics is on the fourth floor of the Downs-Lauritsen building; Quantum Information and Condensed Matter theory are moving into the newly constructed Ginsburg Center for Quantum Precision Measurement; Astro and Gravitational physics are in the Cahill building. The buildings are marked with red dots on the map.
